Top-loader machines are particularly suitable for the thorough and efficient cleaning of workpieces contaminated with oil, grease, dirt and other machining residue. They are widely used in garages and mechanical repair shops, and for intermediate or final parts cleaning in production plants.

Cleaning method:
In our rotary table cleaning systems, the parts are cleaned in a closed chamber, using an alkaline aqueous detergent that is heated, which greatly boots its efficacy. The cleaning pump propels the rotating basket while the parts to be cleaned are sprayed from three sides through fan jet nozzles attached to a nozzle bar. The machine can be equipped with a week timer for bath control, a vapour extractor and an oil skimmer.
